What are your pickup locations?We offer pickup from our studio in Pakenham, as well as our warehouse in Devon Meadows.
I am planning to visit you at an upcoming market, can I pick up my order there?
Absolutely! Just make sure you give us plenty of notice - or even a note when you checkout to let us know so we can ensure we have completed your order and bring it along with us! Our market lists can be found here or posted on our social media.
Unfortunately this is not a service we can offer! Keep an eye on our social media stories to see when we are appearing in a collective for a shift - in this circumstance we are happy to bring your order along! At this stage, Love Always Collective in Ferntree Gully is the only collective we assist with shifts.
How will I know my order is ready to collect?
Once your order is ready to collect, you will receive an email with instructions on how to book a pickup.
Collection from Pakenham is very flexible as long as we have 24 hours notice or you have communicated with us prior to your order being ready about collection. Devon Meadows has limited availability within the hours of 9:30am and 2:30pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday. These days may change week to week however the hours will not.
My order says its already been collected but it hasnt.Thats okay! When marking your order as ready to pickup, we also marked it as picked up in our back end to close off the order on our list of things to do. This is also why you may receive 2 emails telling you that your order is ready to collect!
How long do I have to collect my order?Due to the number of orders not collected and sitting here in storage, we have now implemented a 1 month time frame to pick up your order. If you cannot make it within the month, please reach out & we can work something out as we know sometimes ✨ life happens ✨
What happens if I don't collect my order?
If your order hasn't been collected within 1 month, the contents of your order will be placed back into stock, your order will be cancelled and no refunds will be issued.
If you cannot make your scheduled time, please contact us and let us know in advance & we can re-organise your pickup for another time. If you no-show your scheduled pickup without any communication - you will be invoiced for delivery and your order will need to be shipped to you. My time is just as important as yours.
