Refund Policy
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or returns on gift cards, personalised items or earrings due to hygiene reasons. In some cases, items can be returned and fixed for a cost.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In the event that a return has been requested it will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis & a restocking fee of 15% will be applied.

Change of Mind Policy

Any personalised or customised items cannot be refunded for change of mind. Please ensure you are happy with all colour & font selections prior to making your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any accidental damage or damage incurred after delivery is not covered by Milkie Co. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of its arrival.
